Session outline
It can be really hard to make decisions in complex environments, especially when there are different perspectives on seemingly the same information. We'll use a model (I'm calling "Me : you : we : it") to offer four different frames of reference for understanding the needs of all of the people and entities involved. The model is to support the practices of adaptive and self-managing orgs/teams, and is based in some of the oldest thinking we have as a species.
