Previously Human Resource Director at Global Fortune 500 Companies, and Former Senior Human Resource Advisor to an Internet Tech Company in China, Yiqing has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resource and Organizational Development Field. His main focus being on Organizational Culture and Value Development, Executive and Team Coaching, Organizational Governance and Process Innovations.

Formerly Senior HR Consultant at Baidu China, Human Resource & Training Director at Walmart (China), and IBM's Head of Greater China Global Frontier Learning Center, IBM's Developing Countries Head of Learning Infrastructure.

Since 2017, Yiqing has supported over many dozens of companies and coached their leadership teams to co-create their Missions and Visions, and implement their values into core company culture.
